William J. O’Shea, P.E., BCEE
William O’Shea has over 30 years of experience as an environmental engineer and scientist. His background includes activities in air emission source permitting, regulatory analysis, air pollution control specification, monitoring and modeling of atmospheric pollutants, environmental impact assessments, facility environmental auditing and environmental chemistry. William has acted as project director on these programs, and has developed extensive experience in the specific areas of industrial emission source permitting, emission source characterization, air pollution control engineering, air quality survey design, air pollution dispersion modeling analysis and pollution prevention system development.
